We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to join our team and be the front-line connection between our company and our valued customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Support the sales team by presenting to new and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Docs.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.
